As Chef Andry Suriaputra started his cooking career from the bottom, he got a glimpse of his future, and he liked it. Thanks to his skill, persistence and perseverance, his career progressed as he worked his way around top restaurants in Sydney. After years of working in Sydney, he returned to Indonesia to found his own restaurant, The Fctry Bistro & Bar, to fulfill his passion to make awesome comfort food with a fine touch.
