Chef Stefu has developed his career steadily from the bottom. He started his career from Commis 2 and steadily climbed the rank to Executive Sous Chef of Parklane Hotel Jakarta. He then joined Chef Gillez to developed Amuz Restaurant Group and appointed as the Executive Chef of Aprez and Amuz Catering Group. Due to his experience, he is often invited as judged of many competitions in Asia.
