Doeun Kim is a native Korean who has lived in Indonesia for more than 7 years. She has managed a number of hotels in Indonesia before she established her own business, Doeun Kitchen. She is a Licensed Cook for Korean cuisine and a firm believer in healthy cooking. Through this class and her cooking, she hopes to spread this belief.
