Chef Grace Dharmawan is what you can call an all-rounder Chef. She started her career in the hot kitchen, worked her way up from apprentice to junior Chef De Partie in Swiss and UK. She then returned to Indonesia and worked for Mozaic, in Ubud, and became one of the most valued team members. She pursued her career in Australia, moving to some well known restaurants such as Nobu in Melbourne. After Nobu, she started exploring and became fascinated with Pastry. She returned to Indonesia in 2015 and becomes the Chef Proprietor and Conceptor of Salz/Zucker Patisserie and Pop Up Dessert Bar, where she infuses her dessert with elements of savory dishes.
