Kimmy Pangestu

Kimmy studied in Le Cordon Bleu Sydney from 2008 and graduated in 2010. She then worked her way up in high calibre restaurant such as Tetsuya’s and the famous Adriano Zumbo’s Patisserie in Sydney, rising from Pastry Cook up to Chef De Partie within a few short years. Currently Kim is the Pastry Chef / owner of Nomz restaurant, one of the hottest restaurant in Jakarta.
