Jiang Nan Bai Hua Chicken is considered one of four most famous dishes from Guangdong Province in China. To make the dish, we will take out the meat and the bone out of the chicken, leaving only the skin which we later re-stuff with the chicken meat stuffing we cook.

This is a hands-on cooking class and every participant will get one chicken to work with.
