This workshop is very suitable for beginner who would like to have more comprehensive knowledge on basic kitchen and cooking skills. This will prepare you to be the master of your own kitchen.
Upon completion of this class, you will be familiar with the knife skills and various cuts, different kind of flavor bases, stocks and sauces, as well as how to wrap it all up to make different dishes.
This workshop is conducted in collaboration with William Wongso Kuliner, and is suitable for those who are interested to have in-depth learning on Indonesian culinary diversity and heritage. This is a 3 day program that will cover most of Indonesian essential flavor base and Indonesian major cooking techniques.
