Ian Chin graduated from the La Cordon Bleu, with experience at the upscale bakery such as Sullivan Street Bakery in New York (known to make over 2000 loaves of bread per day). He was previously well known for his youtube channel as “Baking Chin” and was the head baker of Beau bakery. He is currently doing a short project in Jakarta and Pantry Magic and Almond Zucchini are happy to welcome him again.
